Biography

Harjaap S. Mann is a Partner at Mann Law and leads the firm’s corporate, real estate, and commercial financing practices. With extensive litigation experience in both Ontario and New York State Courts — including appearances at the Ontario Court of Appeal — Harjaap brings a rare combination of courtroom experience and transactional insight to every file he handles.

As the fifth generation in a family deeply rooted in legal defence and law enforcement, Harjaap embodies excellence, discipline, and a deep understanding of complex legal issues. He maintains his expertise by attending advanced Continuing Legal Education programs and regularly participating in leading thought-leadership conferences within the legal community.

Harjaap’s dual licensing in Ontario and New York offers clients a significant advantage in cross-border matters, allowing him to approach domestic and international legal issues with precision and strategic insight.

In addition to his legal practice, Harjaap serves as the Director of Team Development at Mann Law, heading the firm’s management team and internal operations. Outside of the office, he enjoys golfing, reading, and spending time with his family.
